Distinguished guests,

My topic today is transfer and connection- to grasp a good opportunity of service outsourcing.

In March, according to the 11^th five year development made by the state council, foreign business is encouraged to participate in the outsourcing of soft service. I have first hand materials as I have long been involved in this line

The first phase of foreign investment is manufacturing. The second is service. The third is industrial transfer of multinational companies.

Service outsourcing is divided into two parts, ITO and BPO. ITO has three parts and BPO four parts. ITO takes 41% and BPO 39%. Experts estimated BPO will become the main trend.

America has transferred much of this business into India. Korea has transferred this service into Dalian.

What are the factors affecting this kind of service?

First is IT technology. The development of IT made service outsourcing possible.

Second is the detailed division of industry.

Third is the country need this effect.

We have many companies who have done very good business in service outsourcing.
