Tang Hanghao: Thank you very much for having so much confidence for Guangzhou. There is a question, that is, what are the advantages of Guangzhou in undertaking international business and how are you going to develop the service outsourcing in future?

Xiao Zhenyu: nowadays, development of service outsourcing is an international hotspot issue and a trend, and it is also in accordance with the three changes in economic development put forward by the General Secretary, of which the second and third are to promote the coordination among the primary, second and tertiary industries, develop talents with high qualities, and enhance our innovation abilities. Guangzhou enjoys the following advantages in developing service outsourcing.

First, we have obvious geographical advantages. Guangzhou is the center of the East Asia, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao. The service out servicing can be extended from here and spread to the entire East Asian regions and even India.

Second, Guangzhou has industrial advantages. There are heavy chemical industries and some advanced manufacturing industries in Guangzhou, which require a large amount of supporting outsourcing service.

Third, our infrastructure is excellent.

Fourth, we have many excellent talents and universities, as well as a large number of overseas entrepreneurs. All of these constitute our main force.
Finally, Guangzhou is a region suitable for living and development. At the same time, Guangzhou has a very good governmental environment.
