Organization

Organizations of the Summit

1. Legal Status
(1). The Organizing Committee of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors, the Organizing Committee for short, is an international, non-governmental, nonprofit Organization.
(2). The mission of the Organizing Committee is organizing and leading the development of the Summit in accordance with the rules of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors.

2. Organizational Structure

3. Presidium
(1). It is established to promote the develpoment of the Summit and enhance the social reputation of the Summit. The members of the Presidium are elite from business circles, political circles, and academia. Its members include honorary president, chairman and members of the Presidium.
(2). The initial members of the Presidium consist of the world-famous CEOs, governors and famous economists. According to the nomination of the Executive Committee, the members of the Presidium wil be elected.
(3). The members of the Presidium hold at least one meeting within a year. If a special meeting needs to be held, it required to be approved by a half of chairmen.
(4). The presidium is the highest authoritative organ of the Organizing Committee. The Presidium have the right to pass, amend, and explain the rules of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors.
(5). The Presidium can grant authority to the Executive Committee.

4. The Executive Committee
(1). It includes executive chairman, executive vice-chairman, and executive work group; The Executive Committee is in charge of managing the specific affairs of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors.
(2). The committeemen are elected by the meetings of the Presidium through ballot.
(3). The Executive Committee is in charge of managing the specific affairs of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors. To be specific, the Executive Committee has the rights as follows:
