ⅰ. Safeguard the authority of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors; make the personnels and departments involved act in accordance with the rules and regulations.
ⅱ. Undertake the final responsibility of administrative management for the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors.
ⅲ. Submit the drafts of the amended bills to the Presidium if some rules need to be amended.
ⅳ. Make the agenda of the Presidium’s meetings and submit the lists of candidate members of the Presidium to the meetings.
ⅴ. According to Executive Chairman’s proposal, the Executive Manager of the Executive Work Group is appointed. Furthermore, Executive Chairman can directly decide the promotion, punishment, and remuneration of the Executive Managers.
ⅵ. Take charge of all the documents of the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors.
ⅶ. Enact all necessary rules and systems in the fittest form ( statutes, rules, standards, principles, notices and instructions) to ensure the proper implementation of rules and the holding of the Summit.ⅷ. Implement all other powers authorized by the meetings of the Presidium.

5、 Executive Chairman
(1) Executive Chairman is elected by the Presidium.
(2) Executive Chairman is a life one presiding all activities of the Organizaing Committee before leaving off the post. In addition, Executive Chairman represents the International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors and its Organizing Committee in foreign affairs.

6、 Executive Work Group of the Executive Committee
(1) As a subsidiary organ of the Executive Committee, it is mainly in charge of the tasks assigned by the Executive Committee. It is divided as: Conference Group, Market Group, Publicizing Group, Information Group and ProgramGroup.
(2) Conference Group：It is mainly in charge of various affairs during conferences. It includes: inviting guests from home and abroad, connecting with various parties, budgeting and managing the outlay, drawing out the work scheme, arranging the activities of delegations during the forum, arranging the meals, hotels, vehicles for the leaders and staff of the Organizing Committee and dealing with their certificates, preparing for the openning ceremonies, banquets and organizing and coordinating large-scale activities, preparing the invitation and gifts, taking the charge of guarding, connecting, coordinating, interpretating and the arrangement of the scenes, etc.
(3) Market Group：it is in charge of the market operation related to the forum.
(4) Publicizing Group：It is in charge of the publicizing scheme, organizing news conferences, arranging the interview with important guests attending the conferences, connecting with the media attending the conferences, publishing the news related to the Forums constantly.
(5) Information Group：it is in charge of writing and editing the articles related to the forums, preparing the relevant documents such as proceedings of conferences and the guidelines of attending the conferences, etc.
(6) Program Group：It is in charge of planning and organizing the openning ceremonies, large-scale evenings and other activities of the forums, rebroadcasting its TV programs and arranging its revelant staff.
